Transport Coordinator / Driver - $100,000 +

Duties:

Hands-on leadership role managing a team of 5 drivers. This role will be split between driving and coordinating runs, taking calls, and resolving issues as they arise.

• Great Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per year
• All overtime paid at full penalties
• 50 - 55 hour weeks as a standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate daily runs and manage driver schedules
• Lead and support a small team of drivers (performance, accountability, attendance)
• Drive 3–4 days per week as required
• Take calls from yard/customers and resolve delivery issues in real time
• Act as the link between drivers, yard, and customers
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and efficiently

Requirements:

• MR licence minimum (HR/HC preferred)
• Experience in transport/logistics or delivery environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to think on your feet
• Hands-on attitude - you will need drive, load and assist around the yard
